After going through Postpartum Corrective Exercise, you will no longer have to feel like "that's just the way it is..." When you can confidently jump and lift, when you can laugh and sneeze without crossing your legs, then you can have the confidence to tackle any obstacle. When a mom feels more confident, it spreads to all other areas of her life.


When I started personal training, I was already a mom, who had already had a horrible experience mid-race (no port a potty, apparently, no problem...). As I grew in my knowledge of how the body works and moves, I also grew in my knowledge that "mom issues" were not being taught to the general personal trainer (and there are a lot of amazing personal trainers out there) but there is so much that you can do to address the Diastasis, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and, definitely, core weakness that comes with some pregnancies. These things need to be addressed or pushing through them could have dire consequences down the road.
