Two new class offerings for moms in the Hillsboro area!

 

If you are a mom that has been putting off working out because of bladder incontinence, diastasis recti or low (1 or 2) stage prolapse, not to mention overall core weakness ~ both classes will address these issues. These aren't issues we just have to deal with because we have had a baby!
